#4 Comment on the Taiwan's transport system
Problem:There are too many cars and scooters in Taiwan. Parking violation on the roadside not only affects the city but also lead to traffic jam.
Suggestion:I think we can follow Japan's policy. Japan's government requires a parking garage certificate to buy a car.
The parking garage proves that if you want to buy a car, you must rent or buy a parking space.
Taiwan's traffic is getting more congested.
